Which are the steps to complete the account opening process for my company?
  1. Accept Privacy Policy: Review and accept the terms;
  2. Provide Contact Details: Share the email and phone number that you would like to use to access the account, note that all the contacts will be verified;
  3. Company Information: Submit company details like name, legal form, activity, registered office, VAT, registry number, and website (if any);
  4. Administrator Information: Submit the administrator’s details (name, birth information, residence, email, phone) and confirm their role as sole administrator and owner;
  5. Document Submission: You’ll receive a link via email to answer questions and upload an ID, proof of residence, and a real-time selfie;
  6. Complete Questionnaire: Log in to the reserved area and answer the provided questionnaire;
  7. Other’s Shareholders (if applicable): List any additional shareholders and indicate their: full name (or company name), date and place of birth (or incorporation date and registered office) and percentage of shares;
  8. Directors (if applicable): Provide the details of any additional director, including – full name (or company name), date and place of birth (or date of incorporation and registered office), email address, and whether they are a Beneficial Owner. Each person will receive an email with a link to complete the verification process and upload the required documents (ID, proof of residence, and a real-time selfie);
  9. Beneficial Owner (if applicable): If no previously listed persons is the beneficial owner (UBO), provide the UBO’s details (full name, date and place of birth, personal email) and ensure they complete the verification (answer some questions and upload the required documents: ID, proof of residence, real-time selfie);
  10. Final Verification: Once all the corporate figures involved have submitted the required information, the department will review and may request further documents (the requests will be sent via ticket, a message available in your reserved area);
  11. Sign Contract: Upon approval, sign the contract “Economic Conditions” and “Terms and Conditions” via OTP (accessible in your reserved area.);
  12. Activate Account: After signing, your account will be active.

How is my data handled?

3Rooks operates in compliance with the Law of December 21, 2018 No. 171 of the Republic of San Marino and in compliance with the relevant EU Regulation 2016/670 has identified it within its organization the Data Protection Officer (or “DPO”), as provided for in Article 37 of the EU Regulation 2016/679.
